Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to run the site and the services you use:

• Your email address when you sign in to practice tests. We email you a one-time code instead of using passwords.
• Your practice activity: the tests you take, your answers and scores, so we can show your progress and readiness by section.
• Book claims: when you claim free mock tests with a book, we record which book and the words you entered, to check you have a copy.
• The 2-minute check: your answers, kept to show your result. If you ask us to email it, we keep your email for that, and for practice tips only if you tick the box.
• Payment information is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we keep a reference to your Stripe customer, your plan and its status.
• Contact details you send through our contact form.
• Basic technical data such as pages visited, the site that referred you, and device type, to understand how the site is used. We don't use it to identify you.

• To run your practice account: sign-in codes, tests, scores and your dashboard.
• To process payments, renewals, cancellations and group-buy holds through Stripe.
• To send email you'd expect: sign-in codes, score reports you ask for, receipts, and a short series of practice tips after you try a test. Every tips email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
• To respond to your messages and provide support.
• To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it with advertisers.

We use a small number of cookies: one keeps you signed in, and one remembers whether you already have a plan so we don't show you offers you don't need. They aren't used for advertising.

We rely on a few trusted providers to run the service: Stripe for payments, Google Workspace for email, and our hosting provider for servers. They process data only to provide those services. For our own Amazon Advertising account we request the advertising::campaign_management scope to manage our campaigns. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Account data is stored on our own servers, and any access tokens are never exposed to the browser or to third parties. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data using industry-standard practices.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law. When you disconnect an integration or request deletion, we remove the associated credentials and data we no longer need to keep.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may withdraw any consent you previously gave. You can unsubscribe from tips emails at any time with the link in each one, and cancel a plan from your dashboard. To make any other request, contact us using the details below.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
