Terms of Service

You may use our services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the services for their intended purpose. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Some features let you connect third-party accounts (for example, TikTok, Meta/Facebook, Instagram, or Amazon Advertising) so we can perform actions you request — such as publishing content or managing campaigns. You authorize us to access those accounts only within the scopes you approve, and you confirm you have the right to grant that access. You can revoke access at any time from the provider's settings or by asking us to remove the stored credentials.

You retain ownership of the books, media, and other content you provide or that we generate on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring that content you publish through our tools complies with the rules of the destination platform and does not infringe the rights of others. When we post to a connected account at your direction, you remain the author and publisher of that content.

• Do not use the services for anything unlawful, deceptive, or abusive.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Do not violate the terms, policies, or rate limits of any connected third-party platform.
• Do not upload content that is infringing, harmful, or prohibited by applicable law.

Our services interoperate with third-party platforms that have their own terms and privacy policies. Your use of those platforms is governed by their agreements, and we are not responsible for their availability, changes, or actions. We may suspend an integration if a provider requires it.

The services, including their software, design, and branding, are owned by Bhairab Labs and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our marks or software except the limited right to use the services as described here.

The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results (such as reach, sales, or engagement) will be achieved.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bhairab Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the services.

You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required to protect our systems, our users, or third-party platforms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
